    Interesting science!

    I found this book helped with my running training (especially when increasing training distances for half and full marathons), as it illustrates through science how far human physical limits can be pushed. I found that doubts can creep into the mind during long runs, but was reassured that I was functioning within human limits by the information I learned. This book helped me better understand the importance of both body and brain. We need to care for both during our training and racing to optimize performance. Is that water bottle I carry during my long run for my body or my brain? This book will answer that question and many more!
