    Loved it!

This is a great story that adds much to the series. The story contains loss, friendship, betrayal, hate, revenge, magic, and lots of revelations that reveal truths and answers questions. But above all things it shows love is stronger than anything. Synne is a Hunter and is grieving because of everyone the Coven has killed. She is heading for the Vorraki while searching for revenge. As she is taking comfort from her beloved trees, a handsome Scotsman comes upon her. Lachlan is the son of a laird and wants to escort her through their land. After hearing Synne's story he decides to help her find the Vorraki. But the road they travel will be filled with heartache, pain and so much love. I can't wait to see what is in store for Amir and Malene. I received an arc copy of this story and chose to leave my honest opinion.

    She has done it AGAIN!!!

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. I have not read the first three books in this series. I first thought I would have to go back and read the others before this one but after reading a few pagers this book could be a stand-alone. This is the fourth in the Kindred Series and I was able to follow along even though I have yet to read the first three. Donna Grant intertwines the Norse, Celtic and Mythology in with the hunters. Like all of Donna Grants other books she combines magic and battles of good vs evil. Each character in this story can stand on their own and are well developed characters. The books was well paced and interesting and will keep your interest throughout the book. Can not wait for the next book in the series. I am going to read the rest of the books. Congratulation Donna Grant, for the excellent job you did on this story. Highly recommended.

    Awesome read

Another brilliant book by Donna Grant. U will not want to put this one down. Synne is our main heroine who has power to talk to the trees who help her along the way. She meets Lachlan who does not know he is connected to her, but they will soon find out when his family secrets come clear. This is fifth book in a series and every new one is better than the previous one. I really can not wait for the conclusion of this series in the last book coming up.

    Must Read

Donna Grant is on my Must Buy list because she has the ability to create some of the most incredible worlds. Evernight is book 4 of the Kindred series. The Kindred series is filled w/ magic, witches, warlocks, hunters, and the evil Coven. While you don't have to read books 1 thru 3, I would highly recommend it to get the full storyline. Synne is a hunter who just lost everything she knows and loves. Now she is heading to battle. Heading to join the Varokki in their fight against the Coven. She knows she doesn't have magic and will probably die, but she doesn't fear death. Now she only seeks vengeance for her adopted family. Lachlen is a warrior who fights for his people and his father (his Laird). Donna Grant once again gives us an incredible story and a such vivid imagery that you can't help but sink into Evernight and follow Synne and Lachlen on their journey. Can't wait for the story to continue!!

    Awesome Read

I received this book as an ARC, but have not read the previous books, in the series. Donna Grant, is one of my favorite Authors and once again, she did not disappoint. DG has a way of bringing you into her stories and bringing her characters to life. The way the book is written, you will be able to keep up with the story line, but I suggest to start from book #1. This is definitely, a must buy.
