    A charming, gentel romance

A charming, second chances romance, this book touched all the right spots for me. Lindsay is just getting by, coping with the the fall-out that came as a result of her husband’s death, having to rely on relatives to assist her with her small girls and working to pay the rent at the end of each month. Tanner, on the other hand, is barely existing. Coming home to Gull Harbor is a questionable decision, as far as he is concerned, and when he finds Lindsay cleaning his house with obnoxious chemical laden products, they get off to a bad start. Tanner quickly realises that he needs Lindsay and her skills. Despite their embarrassing first encounter, they gel at every level There were moments of humour and touching scenes, mostly provided by Red,that warm the reader’s heart. Lindsay’s girls sounded so familiar that I really felt for her. It’s such a blessing that one’s kids grow up and become adults! The story is well written and clean, which makes it suitable for most age groups. I also enjoyed reading about the supporting characters that appeared in previous books. However, despite being part of a series, this book is nevertheless a standalone with a delightful ending and can be read as such. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

    Sweet, Heartwarming, and Humor

Every Breath You Take (Man from Yesterday Book 6) by Barbara Lohr. This is Tanner and Lindsay's story. This story grabbed my attention from the beginning to the end. Tanner and Lindsay's story is a sweet and heartwarming story with some humor. When Lindsay and Tanner first meet it was priceless. I loved the characters and their interactions. The supporting characters were a great addition to the story too especially Tanner's neighbor Red. I reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Thought and love have found their playground...

Thought and love have found their playground within Every Breathe You Take. It's a journey about life, an understanding of love and the quest of unstoppable faith. Lohr paints a complicated watercolor and turns it into common sense. Two wandering hearts in need of healing find solace in the broken moments and salvation in a less than perfect love. Red is the light-bulb that sparks the connection between Tanner and Lindsay. A mother's love for her save became the beginning of a second chance. Ms. Lohr puts her heart into her stories. Relatable, lovable and inspirational.
