    Charming & Steamy!

I loved this charming, sexy and incredibly entertaining story. I had a blast reading it and I fell completely in love with Sarah and Jared. It was such a fun read and it left me with a huge smile on my face. I loved their interactions. Such great Hate-Flirt. Such sizzling chemistry. Sarah walks a fine line when she has to deal with Jared at her job, she doesn’t take any of his rude, demanding behavior without giving it right back to him. But what she doesn’t know is that she is the reason he comes into Bliss. So when he starts sending her some gifts, and then asks her on a fake date she is totally thrown for a loop. Will their chemistry lead to more? You need to read this to enjoy all the juicy details. Fake date is engaging, steamy, emotional and romantic, and it delivers a sublime happy-ever-after with all the feels.

    Fake Date Fun

Fake Dating seems to be the way of life. Never let them know exactly what you are feeling... Jared appears to be a Ladies Man. He frequently purchased gifts for the women he was seeing. So when Sarah receives a gift from him, she is not impressed. This gift starts the two off on a Fake Date to Jared's brother's engagement party. This causes them to spend time together, get to know each other, and learn about the other. Fake love to Real love is definitely a great concept and I love how the characters progressed. This is a great read when you want to read about that new relationship story.

    Made me smile a lot!

Holy chemistry! Jared and Sarah are adorable! The banter these two have is so funny. It is their way of flirting, I suppose. This is the second book in the dating series and it is also a hit, just as Save The Date Is. once again we have a brooding man who won’t let you inside his head and a woman who on the outside looks all put together and strong; when she really is doing everything in her power to hold everything together. Jared and Sarah start out as acquaintances. Meeting one another at Sarah’s place of work, Bliss. Jared seems to come in more and more often. And why? You think you know, but not until later in the book you find out. Jared is somewhat estranged from his family and is asked to attend a party. He really doesn’t want to go. But after some persuasion, Sarah decides to be his fake date to the party. But once away together, Jared and Sarah really find out that they are very compatible with one another. This book is very fun to read and had me smiling through most of it!

Women Can't Afford To Be Stupid!

Thank you to Social Butterfly and the author for an advanced copy. All opinions expressed are my own. Fake Date By: Monica Murphy *REVIEW* 🌟🌟🌟 I'm torn about Fake Date. I did like the overall idea and most of the characters. The thing I didn't like was the male lead, Jared. He's the sexy brooding mysterious billionaire who frequently comes into the lingerie shop where Sarah, the female lead, works, and buys lingerie for his mistresses, presumably. One day, Jared sends some lingerie as a gift to Sarah, and he keeps sending more. Granted, she has met Jared in person, but she knows nothing about him. If a male acquaintance, purchasing lingerie mind you, sent this to me, I would call the cops because he's obviously a creepy pervert. The premise is cute, and I understand its appeal; however, I just couldn't make myself believe that any woman would think this is okay. Sarah does, though, and she agrees to be his fake date for a wedding. Jared sends inappropriate stalkerish gifts, so you go away alone somewhere with him??? Nooooo! Sarah is a grown woman with a lot of responsibility, but she does something stupid like this? It's not believable enough for me. The story lost me after this because I could not connect with Sarah or the situation. Jared continued to be a jerk, and it was just too much ridiculousness. I did finish the story. I'm bummed because I wanted to like it so much more than I actually did. Unfortunately, I couldn't squeeze enough reality out of the story to make it plausible and fun.

    I liked the story.

I received a free copy of FAKE DATE (Book 2 of the Dating Series) by Monica Murphy in exchange for an honest review. Sarah Harrison supports her brother and sister by working at Bliss Lingerie as both a salesclerk and a personal shopper. One of Sarah’s personal shopper clients, Jared Gaines, is driving her crazy. Jared’s hot, oh so hot, but he’s unpleasant and frequents the shop to buy lingerie for his long string of mistresses. Sarah’s seriously considering having Jared reassigned to another employee when Jared sends Sarah an inappropriate gift. Sarah knows she should return the lingerie, but it takes her awhile to do it because she’ll have to return the shoes, too, and she really, really adores the Louboutins. Sarah finally confronts Jared, but he talks her out of returning the presents and into being his fake date at an upcoming out-of-town family function. Is there more to Jared than a large bank account and a bad attitude? I liked this book. You should be aware that there were a lot of sexual fantasies and some explicit sex, which was not to my preference, but this type of material is prevalent in the genre. This is a dream story for women who like fixer-upper men. Jared seemed reasonably amenable to having Sarah coach him into being a more pleasant person and into having healthier relationships with his family. #FakeDate #NetGalley
