    Great book for beginners

    The recipes in this book are easy to follow. The results are very good but I found that some of the recipes required a little more time to make them pickled. I have fermented many foods and know the basics of fermenting. If you taste your product occasionally you can pickle it to your taste. I prefer a more acidic taste thus I leave mine for more time. It gives someone new to fermenting a variety of new foods to choose from. I enjoyed this book.

    A great place to start and remove the fears of beginning! A good bunch of recipes my family and I will enjoy for years to come.
