    Beautiful Story!!!!

This was one of the first books I had the pleasure of reading by Claudia Y. Burgoa and I have to say Finding my Reason has now become one of my favourite books!!! This was such a beautiful, different yet exciting read that captivated me from page one. I could not stop reading once I started and in fact read it all at once. Claudia's writing is amazing and flows beautifully throughout. The story starts of quickly with Hudson meeting Jade at his friend's wedding who is married her cousin. What he thinks will be a one night stand turns into years of friendship and love, a love that is tested time and time again. Their upbringings and their pasts have shaped who they are and what they believe in and because of this certain obstacles got in their way of happiness. Hudson and Jade are quite similar in many ways yet different, each trying to find themselves and finding acceptance in their lives. Jade was soul searching and travelling all over the world but at what point would she settle down and what would be her reason to stay? It is definitely worth finding out as this story will take you on an adventure of life. I really liked how the story was from dual points of view both from Jade and Weston. It gave you more of an insight into what they were thinking and feeling and it made you connect to their characters thus making them more believable. I like stories like this where they make you think about your own life. I admired Jade as I could relate to her often wanting to "find my own reason" for her strength, her courage, her determination, her persistence, her unwavering love for Hudson and for following her dream. I applaud Claudia Y. Burgoa for presenting it this way and for this amazing read!!!!
