    Fitting

I am not one that puts in reviews usually. This book was one I didn't want to put down.I was surprised it was all happening in my life time and though I know about it now I was amazed how little I paid attention to it as a child. It is a teaching aid. Love comes in all different ways

    Brilliant Read

An excellent read has you trully gripped reading the story of a group of people, who become friends black and white struggling to survive in a town where the Klan has a big hold over the people. In parts a real tearjerker. But one that has you keep turning the pages to read what happened next. Will be wanting to read the next book in the series for sure.

    Flowers in the snow

I started this book yesterday during a snow storm,, could absolutely not put it down,, my supper consisted of a cup of tea and crackers,,,,THIS is an absolutely great book( and it was free!!!) If you lived during the 60's it will certainly bring back all the terrible memories of the atrocities that some people had to live through, and perhaps it will renew faith in each other,, no matter what skin tones we were born with!,,,,

    Fantastic

Fantastic. I lived through this time, it's good to be reminded to fight injustice and evil. It's the only way to live free.

    Wonderful

The book was much more than I expected, loved it. Will be reading more in this series. Betty's story gives us a glimpse of what went on is the 60's and the power of love.
