    Awesome Book 4

Forever Mine (Tormentor Mine Book 4) - Anna Zaires The forth and final book in the spin off series from the Twist Me Trilogy is the conclusion of Peter and Sara’s epic story. There are so many reviews summarizing the book I won’t further spoil any readers with repeating plots and storylines. What I will say is that this is one of the finest books Anna Zaires has written and it’s one of the best conclusions to a series ever (it’s really important to read the books in order). This book also wraps up most of the spinoffs and main series storylines and the conclusion had me delighted to be surrounded with all the couples from the several series. As in all the books in this series this book was both dark, light , bordering a bit disturbing but readers should be aware the female , Sara, has fallen deeply in love with her once capture , Peter, and has committed to. Life with him. He remains overly obsessed with Sara and goes out of his way to make a legitimate life with her fulfilling her every dream. Still Peter has his demons and you can’t take some of the danger out of a man that it has been ingrained in. The final in the series was beyond anything I could have imagined and was filled withal many twists and surprises. Between the suspense, danger, thrills , sizzling hot love scenes, the emotional roller coaster kept me glued to the book and literally left me drained at the end (In a good way). Although it was quite sad to say goodbye to the characters that have been with us since the Twist Me series there is an amazing HEA involving all the characters in the epilogue.

    Forever loving Peter and Sara!

“I’ll always love you, Peter ... in this world and beyond.” A deal was made. Amnesty granted. Wedding vows were exchanged and the bride was kissed. Time for Peter and Sara’s happily ever after... Dr. Sara Solkolov (aka Garin) has come a long way since being water-boarded in her own kitchen in Book 1. Once the powerless captive, she has become the woman who has it all: a devoted husband, a challenging career, a dream home in the suburbs, weekend brunches with her parents ... what more can she ask for? Certainly not more romance: Peter’s libido is insatiable and he has the stamina of a stallion in mating season. “Men aren’t supposed to fuck their wives every night like they just got out of prison.” You sure about that, Sara? Unfortunately, Peter’s last remaining fugitive target will not leave well enough alone. General Henderson, the man who gave the order that resulted in the destruction of Peter’s first family, will not rest until Peter (and his “associates”) are eliminated. His interference will lead to appearances from Yan, Ilya, and Anton, Julian and Nora, and Lucas and Yulia. I just LOVED how Sara at one point stops to admire the “lethal panty-slaying masculinity” that the team of gentlemen/killers represent and a split-second later, she decides that “of course, Peter is far more magnetic than the others”! Time and loss changes all of us, and Sara is most changed of all. Along her journey, she has come to realize that she loves Peter more than she ever loved any man before him. No longer innocent, she accepts the part of herself that is now in sync with her husband’s world view. “I now know that ruthless killers can love, and that the heart can lack a moral compass.” No longer powerless, she realizes that she now holds immense power she never imagined. “I’m as much of a monster as Peter. I killed Monica’s stepfather by pointing at him the most dangerous weapon I know. My new husband.” I’m glad for the more experienced, more cutthroat Dr. Sara Solkolov. Because Henderson is gunning for the lot of them, and I’m not sure the old Sara would have been able to handle all the incredible steps she ends up taking in Forever Mine to safeguard her future with Peter. The ending is totally satisfying because it truly pays homage to how far Sara, Nora, and Yulia have come in their captive love stories. This beautiful story is joyfully and tearfully reviewed as an ARC from the author, but will be purchased so that I can read it over, and over, and over again.
