    Great Educational Book

    This is a great book and teaches you a lot! I like that the recipes are easy! However, I wish it included some samples of a day worth of eating a whole food diet, for example if you don't have time to cook one of the recipes and don't have anything pre-made, some meals you can throw together would be beneficial!
