What you do not know about diabetes

I do not know much about diabetes, but I know Ahmad Afifi and his strong determination to control this disease. I have experienced this period with him that he is a hero who never gives up and continued his attempts to succeed and accompanied with him many people taught them how to control the disease as he did through their communication With him on his Facebook page #I am diabetic# and succeeded in spreading the culture of reading about this disease through the book in Arabic # What you do not know about diabetes # which has a great success in our Arab countries. I wish Ahmed the time of success to convey his message to the whole world.

    An excellent, informative read!

I thought this book was extremely well researched and I enjoyed reading the information from the point of view of the author’s own experiences. One can study a subject as complex as this until blue in the face, but until you have actually walked the carb/injectable insulin tightrope I believe it is almost impossible to truly understand it. In this book Afifi brings us as close to understanding it as we can hope to get. A brave man to walk this path and another important voice in the fight to end the madness that is the current standard of care for diabetes!
