    Ingrid's book gave me great sense of happiness and relief because the subject has long been neglected, for such a long time. It offers wonderful and practical tips for dealing with life in general and most especially, if you are brain tumour/chronic illness survivor. Both the soothing words and beautiful photographs will go a long way in helping a person on their journey to recovery.

    This book is a fantastic voyage of self discovery. This is a luxury boot camp of helpful hints for physical health, life style changes ,mental/emotional health and social health well being. The gorgeous photography from the author only enhances each entry. Some of the areas covered are music, the power of breath, choices, pets, volunteering and support groups....these entries and more than 50 others are fleshed out in a clear concise manner. If you are looking for one book to enhance your life whether you have a chronic illness or not this gem will do it .

    This excellent book combines motivational, inspirational and healing lifestyle hints reinforced with breathtaking photography taken by the author herself. Join the author through an empowering journey as lifestyle tips are presented relating to love, hope, happiness, diet, faith and prayer and pets (plus a variety of other topics) . As stated, the author is living well with chronic illness, and her strength and dedication to helping others shines through in this book. I enjoyed reading one hint daily, as each hint can be read individually independently of the others. This guide is a must have for everyone and I wholeheartedly recommend it!”
