    Fuzzy Nation by John Scalzi

I loved the book "Little Fuzzy"when I was younger, as a matter of fact I still have it. It took me all day to read this(I'm home after having surgery) and I enjoyed this just as much as I did then. I had always wished that a series about the "Fuzzy's" had been written but H. Beam Piper never got the chance. His untimely death was such a loss to us all. Clearly he could have much, much more and it would have been great. Your book shows the same so maybe you could carry on the "Fuzzy Saga"if you are interested. I know I would be the first to buy it. Thanks for reintroducing me to the "Fuzzy's".

A good retelling of a classic story.

I read it in one day, despite having work I should have been doing.

Great read from cover to cover. Scalzi always leaves you wondering until the end. One of his best...

    Strip mining a planet

Fuzzy Nation is about an ex lawyer turned mining prospector, who discovers a new alien species called Fuzzy's. The Fuzzy planet is being stripped of natural resources by a corrupt corporation. The book delves into the themes of corporate imperialism and ethics. It also examines the role of personal responsibility in the face of corruption. I highly recommend this book because it was entertaining from start to finish. Part science fiction and courtroom drama.
