    Ever wonder how the food pyramid came to be? Well, this comprehensive book lays it all out-showing you how North America has become Fat! Be prepared though, this is a long, thorough exploration of good vs bad calories!

    Fascinating and educational

    What a revelation. Very thorough and honest review of the "low-fat is best" diet hypothesis. It seems we knew otherwise as early as the 1920's but public health decided otherwise in the late 70's and 40 years later, about 70% of the population is overweight and obese. What happened? I thank the author for waking in me the desire to change.
