    This is a comprehensive guide to taking in the good in every day life. This book uses a wonderful metaphor of the mind as a garden with help to pull the weeds and grow the flowers. A beautiful blend of neuroscience and psychology. Simple and powerful.

    Insightful

    Our brain is still in "cave man" mode. Everything is perceived as a threat, sometimes unjustly. This book shows how to keep that in check.
