    Life changing

    After struggling with my health, struggling with my weight and my self-esteem I learned that there are forces that were influencing the way that I thought about my body. There's a lot of information out there that isn't true and is cultivated by a diet and fitness industry steeped in capitalism. Dissatisfaction, Thin inspiration and the thin ideal keeps us from truly listening to what our bodies need. I am grateful for this book that has peer reviewed information. It studies and it's simply an opportunity to see all the information so that you can make your own informed decisions about how you want to maintain your health. The first 30 pages change my life
