A Beautiful Story of Second Chances

Giselle McTavish never expected to be a widow after 2 short years of marriage but there she was picking weeds from her husbands grave on Valentines Day with Ewan, her 3 year old son who was now head of the clan, waiting nearby. Valentine's Day...what a cruel day when she has lost the one she loved & the man she could love doesn't know she exists. Hugh Ferguson has long loved the wife of his best friend. The friend that lost his life when it should have been Hugh who drowned. He knows Giselle blames him for her husband's death & vows to treat her son as his own but never show his true feelings for her. Until Valentine's Day. A beautiful story of second loves & a wonderful short prelude to Collette Cameron's Highlander's Hope in the Castle Bride Series.

    Heart Of A Highlander

An excellent short story. Great on the background scene setting without taking over their storytelling.
