5 star Review Help Me Remember by Corinne Michaels   Corinne Michaels is one of my go to authors. I know whenever I pick up a book by Ms. Michaels that it will be well written, with strong characters and a story line that will quickly draw me in.   I enjoy stories set in small towns and when I read the blurb for Help Me Remember I was intrigued. This story, had me riveted from the first chapter until the last, I was hooked and had difficulty putting the book down when real life got in my way. I have a new book boyfriend. There was nothing I did not love about investigative reporter, Spencer Cross, he ticked all the boxes and I found myself falling deeper and deeper for him as the story progressed.   I loved Brielle she is someone I could easily see myself being friends with. I loved that their relationship was built on friendship and that it morphed into so much more.   Brielle has lost her memory and has turned to her deceased brother’s best friend Spencer to help her discover the missing pieces. This was a story that you cannot help but become involved in as they struggle to find the truth.

  • 5 super stars

Well, this is not an easy book to write a review for, would be so easy to spoil it for others! It’s brilliant from start to finish. It’s a story about soulmates, full of raw emotion and love. There’s murder and mystery and it will keep you gripped the whole way through. I didn’t find it predictable at all which made it even more enjoyable. The side characters really add to the story development and each one has the potential for a great story of their own. I liked the way Corinne gave us just a little snippet of a possible future for them all without giving too much away. Although that doesn’t mean the way I think it will go will actually happen! I loved all the old characters that popped up throughout and the bonus scene is just fabulous!

  • Best Corinne Michaels story yet!

This story was so much more than I expected! I have butterflies just thinking about it! Especially getting your biggest wish and not remembering it so of course you wouldn't think it was real! I felt for Brielle so much, it was an impossible situation but I loved the journey to her recollection. I would love if Corinne wrote us another story of everything that happened prior to her memory loss- I need more Brielle and Spencer!!!

  • Beautifully written!

I really enjoyed Corinne Michael's take on the amnesia trope in Help Me Remember. It was just so beautifully done, and it kept me on the edge of my seat, trying to guess who did it. A few times I thought I had figured it out, but I was wrong. I really loved watching Spencer help Brielle through the whole process, although at times it was truly heartbreaking. But the heart knew what it truly wanted, and it was only a matter of time before she broke through the fogginess in her brain and remembered everything. So glad that this is the start of a new series as there were so many other storylines being introduced with all the friends and I can't wait to read them all. It was also nice having some past Corinne favorites play a role in the story - always fun to see them make cameos!

  • A breathtaking 5 star read

Just like all of Corinne’s books, Help Me Remember does not disappoint. The story of Brielle and Spencer captures all the emotions! Not only is it a book about their love, it’s about loss, grief, pain, friendship and trust. There are several stories going on. Brielle loses her memory with a portion of her life missing. This story takes you down a path of discovery of what happened to make her lose her memory and discovery of the love of her life who is also her brother’s best friend. These stories are the best! There is a ton of suspense in this book as Brielle works to unlock her memories! And just like Corinne does … she brings a lightheartedness to the book in just the right parts! Seeing Brielle struggle to get her memory back is hard to read and even harder when you’re the love of her life and she doesn’t remember you. It’s crucial to her recovery that she tempers things in her own time. What is there to say about Spencer, the love of her life! He is truly Brielle’s strength and constant through it all! His love for her knows no bounds and he will literally do anything to help her remember! There are many secondary characters in their story…her brother Isaac, Sister in law Addy, and other than Spencer; best friends to her brother Emmett and Holden. Their circle is so rare in life…those that would do anything for you. Let’s not forget… all those Salvation Series characters we know and love so much! What a great read and can’t wait to read the next story! This was phenomenal and all read in one sitting! I couldn’t put this book down and that is rare!
