    Thanks for your feedback!

A lifetime of learning condensed into one book.

Henry Ford has authored a marvellous book, in which he gives out what ever he has learnt in his life. He has written this book without any hesitation as he is very firm on his principals. Every chapter of this book contains heaps and heaps of his knowledge and learning which is relevant even today, almost a century after this book was first published. A person with an analytical mind is going to love this book, because Ford not only writes about solutions to various problems, but also analyses the situations so that even the readers can reach the same solution.

A must-read for corporate leaders today!

A must-read for corporate leaders today. All about industry being of service, not grabbing for every dollar they can.

A true visionary and a libertarian at heart!

After reading this book, Henry Ford can be added to my list of visionaries, amongst the greats with Steve Jobs, Ron Paul, Elon Musk and Sam Walton. Many of the ideas presented nearly a century ago are of great relevance today. Ford's views on charity, unionization, and the roll of the business man are refreshing, yet balanced in their approach. Henry Ford was a man of great character who served his community before himself, and his bank account was his reward. He paid the highest wages of the time, he educated his workers and provided healthcare to his community. A great read!!

    Remarkable

It was amazing to read that many of the ideas and ideals around the turn of the twentieth century are still used today. Ford goes into great detail describing the origination of the Ford motor company, the labor force, the assembly line, and financial situations of the company. At a time when most of the male workers across the country were working for fifty cents a day, Ford incorporated a minimum wage of from three to five dollars a day. Henry Ford did a good job writing this book as well. There were several examples of sage advice include which are quoted by speakers and writers to this day. He was truly a visionary, business minded genius. The world was certainly improved by his presence. I'm looking forward to reading other of his works in the future.
