    Fun Summer Read

McKenna is the girl who had everything growing up, but is now a struggling single mom. Brody is a co-worker on the ranch where McKenna gets a job. McKenna is a likable and well written character. Brody is also likable from the start. I always wanted the two together. There were parts of the book towards the middle and end that kind of dragged, but overall the book is an enjoyable read. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys contemporary western romance. I received an ARC in exchange of my honest review.

I loved McKenna and Brodie's story!

"Her Cowboy Boss" (Men of Marvell Ranch Book 4) by Jeannie Watt is a wonderful read. I loved McKenna and Brodie's story. This was the first book I've read from this author, and I'm looking forward to reading more in the future. I can't wait to read the other books in this series. This story has hot cowboys, romance, passion, ranch life, humor, and more. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, cowboys, and series. **I received a copy via NetGalley in exchange for my honest review**

Charming single mom nd cowboy romance

Three and a half stars. McKenna Benjamin and her two year old son live on a small farm which was recently devastated by the fire which swept through their small Montana town. Her inheritance from her grandmother was enough for a frugal existence but won't cover the cost of rebuilding so McKenna needs a job, preferably something local. After divorcing her cheating husband McKenna's wealthy family were less than impressed and have cut her off without a dime. She applies to work on the Marvell Ranch but is informed by the town gossip that the ranch manager Brodie Collins doesn't want her around. Brodie and McKenna went to school together, he was the class geek whereas she was school royalty. Brodie doesn't know why she's looking for work but the spoilt entitled princess her remembers isn't welcome. Brodie isn't your typical cowboy, he still draws as much as ever and is studying photography. Although initially resistant to McKenna he soon realises she has changed and he comes to admire her work ethic, but can romance blossom when they work together? I enjoyed this romance very much but felt it ended rather abruptly, the story had been quite slow moving and building up to a big confrontation which just seemed to be over before it had begun and we were straight into the epilogue. I wanted the ending to be drawn out a bit more. I received a free copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in return for an honest review.

    Another Montana Adventure

I voluntarily read and reviewed an early copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. This is one of the many books that I have read by this author and I find her work quite fun to read. This story is about McKenna Benjamin, she has to get a job on Zach Marvell’s ranch to help make ends meet on her own farm. She ends up working closely with Brodie, whom she knew in high school. She used to live a privileged life, and Brodie wasn’t so sure that she had changed. This is one of a series of books that are based on the Men of Marvell Ranch. I absolutely love any of the books that are set in Montana- but I especially enjoy those written by Ms Watt.

Great addition to the Men of Marvell Ranch series

The fourth book in the Men of the Marvell Ranch. Her Cowboy Boss, the story of McKenna and Brodie. McKenna was the popular girl in high school the one everyone liked. Now times have changed. After a divorce she is determined to show everyone she can survive on her own and provide for her son. Now in need of a job to make ends meet after a wildfire destroyed part of her ranch. She is given the opportunity to work at the Marvell ranch. Brodie went to school with McKenna but was not as privileged as she was. He is now the horse trainer for Marvell Ranch. He is not sure how great a worker McKenna will be biased on what he remembers of her from High school. Well Mackenna is out to prove him wrong. Can he help her overcome her fears and convince her to take a chance on love....... This was a great addition to this series and I would recommend this book and series. I was given a ARC of this book from the publisher via Netgalley. It was my pleasure to write a review of this book and would like to thank you for the opportunity. 😊❤📖
