    The Nurse and the Spy

I love this series of Specialist Heroes! The guys get to have a permanent assignment living in a community to monitor terrorist activity (or whatever threat arises) after they take care of the original case they start with. David Martin (ex-Coast Guard) is a Covert CIA specialist and he is assigned to Charleston, South Carolina. He likes that because he's from the South and will be closer to his family. He has to watch Terri Barnhart, a nurse, from getting in the crossfire of a terrorist cell who want a biotech weapon. He gets to go undercover at the hospital where she works. Terri's brother is involved with this terrorist cell, although he doesn't know just how bad they are. David doesn't count on getting involved emotionally & romantically with Terri. I very much enjoyed the dates that he plans for her! Who knew a spy could be so romantic??!! He tries to be objective but he can't help falling in love with Terri! And, Terri, is so confused about what is happening with her brother! He's mysteriously disappeared for months, only to reappear and act weird! She has so much going on but she DOES know that she is falling hard for David and even with bullets flying and being kidnapped, she hopes for a lifetime with him!
