    Thanks for your feedback!

    Loved it!!

Getting to know Cullen and Sarah was exciting although at alternate times I wanted to smack one or both of them upside the head and yell WAKE-UP!! LOL!! This story is engaging, sweet and romantic and my favorite part was when they finally figured it out! I would love a follow-up story to see how everything finally turns out when they become permanent Hood Hamlet residents.

    never too late

A whirled wind romance, quickie wedding, short marriage, speedy separation with a divorce pending for a year - wow. Can these two find their way back to each other? Cullen takes care of Sarah when she is hurt while on the job. Sparks fly but both are in denial - UGH. I screamed at my kindle a few times - JUST TALK - wanted them to tell each other how they were really feeling. Loved the Hood Hamlet team - they were great friends to Cullen and became friends of Sarah's. Really good series.

    4.15 ~> Second-Chance in Hood Hamlet

✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ 4-STAR ✩ REVIEW ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ > > Judging a Book by its Cover < < Good composition/layout. Legible fonts and sizes. Second-chance romance synopsis. > > Looking Deeper < < POV ~> Third-person Two years ago, Cullen and Sarah met at a rock-climbing event and impulsively married days later. A year after, work and personal insecurities began taking a toll; Sarah mentioned divorce and Cullen fled. Both failed to communicate then and, when an accident brought them together again, they continued to struggle with it. For two grown adults, both professionals in highly-demanding careers, one would think that these two would know how to sit down and have a mature conversation, but no… over half of the book described them THINKING things but saying nothing or saying/doing the opposite. It was both frustrating and annoying. Even as Cullen realized his failures and owned up to them, it did not seem to be enough. No wonder he wasn’t keen on putting himself out there. Luckily, he had the help of Jake, Sean, and Bill to keep him on the right track. Carly, Zoe, and Leanne were wonderfully subtle matchmakers. There was also a hint of Hood Hamlet magic and charm at play. The plot concept was strong; the content was present. There were conflicts aplenty. Dialogue and interactions were appropriate for the characters. Predictability was low. The conclusion was enjoyable. . Second Chance Romance

Sarah and Cullen married too quickly and never communicated well with each other. They were both hurt by their past, Sarah by indifferent parents, their significant others, and a verbally abusive fiancé and Cullen by his twin brother killing himself with drugs. They both have trouble opening up. Sarah sees that Cullen doesn’t want to spend a lot of time with her and she thinks it’s best to leave now before he leaves her and asks for divorce. It isn’t until a year later when she is injured and he is her emergency contact that they spend time together talking about what went wrong and wondering if they were too hasty to throw it all away. I loved catching up with the rest of the OMSAR team and their significant others. There were plenty of laughs in this second chance romance. I can’t wait to read playboy Bill Paulson’s story next.
