    Couldn't put it down

Home Sweet Love is the next in the Dare Valley Series although you can read it on its own it certainly is a lot better if you have read the rest of the series so you get a feel for all the characters which pop up in each of the books. Chase is a high powered business man who has a traumatic past and Moira is one of the Hale clan who is a professional woman who believes that you shouldn't mix business and pleasure until she meets Chase and everything changes. After Chase suffers a series accident it is Moira that shows him that even though he can't work life doesn't end. Chase has to go through a painful journey before he can start to heal both physically and emotionally. I also loved the introduction of J T Merriam into the book which is setting the story for Avas next book in the Dare Valley looking forward to reading this. Learning to love a home

This is another great Ava Mile’s book. I have loved all of her books and this is no exception. This is a book from the Dare Valley series. You do NOT have to read them all, or in order to appreciate this book. In this book we learn about Chase Parker and his past, he isn’t a gushy guy with sentiments of home, love and family. He hides in his work and soon has to learn a different way. Chase Parker is the CFO of Quid-Atch, the company that is in charge of The Artemis Institute of Innovation, a private institute designed to foster young inventors helping them with seed money and training at Emmits Merriam University in Dare Valley. Moira Hale is the director of The Artemis Institute of Innovation, and she works in some ways with Chase as they oversee the Institutes first fundraiser. Moira steps in to be a friend, and their feelings that were hanging around, might make things more interesting. Chase does not have sweet, happy memories of a loving fun home. Moira Hale is from a big loving family that is all about love, supporting each other and home. Moira is the human resource and go to person for the Institute working with Evan and Chase is her boss. Chase has a skiing accident that brings up issues of his past, and the fact that he works so much. He has to learn how to relax and take time off from work to heal. Chase and Mora are both big human resource people/ rule following, so they are very concerned about what could happen working together if something does not work out, especially because in Chase’s mind it was a temporary thing. I love learning about Chase’s past and following how he and Mora start to become more than friends, and having fun learning more about each other. Chase has a sentimental, caring side that we learn about slowly throughout the book. I love how healers of different types to try and heal Chase faster are introduced into the story as I feel it adds an interesting level to the book. Acupuncturist, Qigong and a healer are used to help with more emotional healing but also his physical healing. Here Chase learns that he needs more than work to be happy and live a good life. Will Chase be able to open back up to love after all this repressed issues from his family’s fire that destroyed their home and in his eyes all their lives? He doesn’t talk about the fire to anyone, and has always repressed everything and anything about it. That is until the skiing accident that brought it all back up. This is an amazing book and I recommend it to all. "I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. a book about healing, patience, and love,

Home Sweet Love is Book #10 in the Dare Valley series by Ava Miles. It is a book about healing, patience, and love, and uncovering and facing the past in order to build a future. We were first introduced to Chase in the Dare Valley Meets Paris Billionaire as Evan's best friend, business parter and older brother figure. Chase is strong, competitive, and fierce; however, as with all of Ava's characters, there was a vulnerability underneath his strong surface that I was excited to find out more about; and that it turns out, Chase needed to accept. I truly enjoyed this book - Chase and Moria's love story, how Moira's own love, patience and quiet strength helped Chase find his and refine for himself what success, love and home means. Arthur (wonderful Arthur) has lovely scenes in the book, guiding and when needed, pushing, Moira and Caroline's stories forward. I also loved how Evan and Chase's relationship grew and saw them become equals who could push, pull and be there for one another. Although it is Chase's book, it was lovely to see Evan also grow and find his own strength. I found myself laughing many times throughout the story too - especially the scenes between Chase and his nurse; and also the adorable little kitten Barney. We get a "sneak peek" at the next book in the series and I am very excited for J.T. & Caroline's story!" I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. Dare Valley keeps getting better!

Another great story from Dare Valley. Chase and Moira are a power couple with great obstacles to overcome. Chase Parker has the weight of the world on his shoulders. Or at least he thinks he does. As the right hand man and best friend to billionaire Evan Michaels and running the company for his best friend he knows he can't let them down. But an accident in Dare Valley brings his world to a screeching halt. With broken limbs and a concussion he can't work. And with this new project and benefit he feels helpless. A feeling he doesn't know how to cope with. Moira Hale will be running Artemis..the new project of Evan and a part of his company Quid-Atch. But with her and Chase bumping heads at every turn she finds him stubborn and unbearable. Not to mention the feelings and attraction he makes her feel. Knowing they can never because they work together they blow it off until his accident. WithChase chomping at the bit to heal and work, Moira spends time with him ultimately bringing their personal relationship to be. But Chase has some unresolved demons he has to deal with for them to have any chance at Home Sweet Love. Is he even built for it? Can she really settle with someone away from her home and family? Only time will tell. I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.
