    Topping

Great read from Gail Carriger. A fantastic insight to the Major and the history of the London pack.

    How to marry a werewolf

What I liked about How to marry a werewolf: - the Iftercasts - geology - meeting Biffy and Lyall again I also enjoyed the story, except one thing. This thing is what dragged my rating down to a hesitant 2. Had it not been for this, How to marry a werewolf would have been one of my favorite Parasolverse novellas (and hence I would have given it 5 stars). As it is, every time I think of How to marry a werewolf I get sad, and also angry. What I didn't like: - the relationship between Faith and Channing comes perilously close to abuse. And it scares me to know that this is meant to be romantic.

    How to marry a werewolf

Lots of fun, not as “steamy” as some of the other novels but enjoyed it and realized it’s been too long that I haven’t read Ms Carriger.
