    Flirty and entertaining, but forgettable

I went back and forth on how to rate I Flipping Love you, because I went back and forth on this book. Considering that my interest significantly fizzled in the latter part of the book, I ended up rounding down. When I started I Flipping Love You, I thought it had so much promise- a great premise plus the humor of Miss Hunting. In many ways it came through, but it failed to hold my attention all the way and I wasn't eager to pick up my e-reader at every available opportunity. The characters in I Flipping Love You were pretty well balanced and likable. However, I was never quite invested in their individual stories or them as a couple. And though I understood the why for Rian's hangups, she'd often frustrate me, especially when she reacted without any sort of communication or discussion. The romance between Rian and Pierce was cute and sexy, and I thought they were a good match. I liked their meet-cute and thought the way they came together over real estate was different. Unfortunately, both were a little wishy washy with the relationship at times, refusing to talk about their feelings and future and it led to a lot of undo angst in my eyes. Happily, the way it came together in the end was satisfying, especially because both were more open with each other. Humor wise it was in par with many of this author's books, I wasn't cracking up, but I smiled a lot even if it was occasionally with a little eye roll. Ultimately, I'd consider I Flipping Love You a cute romance that was entertaining at times but a bit forgettable. *eARC received via Netgalley. Loved!

Loved, loved, loved this book! These characters are so much fun and their hilarious banter had me laughing out loud through most of the book. This author has such a wonderful way of crafting characters that feel real and true. So much so you want to be their friend. Rian and Pierce along with all the secondary characters are no exception. This story is fun all the way through with little to no angst and a nice easy build to the relationship between Rian and Pierce. This is a feel good romance that you don't want to miss. I highly recommend it.

    A Great Read

What a read. I Flipping Love You is the third book in the Shacking Up Series. I Flipping Love You is set in the Shacking Up World, but every book can be read as a standalone. Rian Sutter and her twin sister grew up pampered and sheltered. Then her parents gambled all away and Rian and her sister are left with the aftermath and a mountain of debts. Now they´re dealing in real estate and make a living. Pierce Whitfiled is a lawyer in the family´s empire and on a break. He helps his brother in his business. A business that let the two main characters run into each other repeatedly. Rian really, really don´t want to liek Pierce, but everywhere she goes, he´s already there. Both have this crazy insta chemistry and when they start to compete for the same project, great entertainment is guaranteed. There are only a couple of authors I can rely on to write stories that speak to me every single time and Helena Hunting is one of them. I still remember reading her first book and how I was blown away. I was sucked in and instantly a fan of the author’s writing. That was the beginning, I haven’t regretted it once. I Flipping Love You is a extremely well written rom-com with characters who I very easily connected to. I had a great time reading this wonderful story and I give 5 stars.

    Helena Hunting never disappoints

Hot chemistry. Realistic, likeable characters, written with just the right touch of humor. A great beach read.

Get Ready to Flip for Pierce & Rian!

This is a fun and sexy romantic comedy in the Shacking Up universe. It's an enemies to lovers story that will have you laughing and swooning at the same time. Though characters in previous books do appear, I Flipping Love You can be read as a stand alone. Pierce and Rian had incredible chemistry from the start and I loved their witty banter. Things may start off with some instalust, but as the story progresses, I liked that their relationship began to evolve into something more substantial. Don't worry though, there are still plenty of sexy times to keep you swooning! ;) Both Pierce and Rian are doing their best to avoid their pasts (and some of the present), and though there are a few missteps along the way, I'm glad there wasn't any unnecessary drama or angst. What starts as a summer fling, ends up being more complicated when feelings get involved and past histories are revealed. Will Pierce and Rian be able to get beyond this to find their happily ever after? I loved the cast of characters in this book, as well as seeing old favorites like Lex and Amalie from Hooking Up again. I especially enjoyed Ms. Barber, who had me laughing so hard at her reaction to Pierce in his lime green banana hammock! No one writes a rom com like Helena Hunting! ;) The epilogue was absolutely adorable and brought the story full circle. Fans of Helena Hunting definitely don't want to miss this one! *I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book*
