Sweet, short Christmas love story :)

I received this ebook through ebooksforreview in exchange for an honest review. I really loved this book. It’s a Christmas book about a man, Jack, who died about three years prior and who comes back on Earth to help is widow, Melody, find love this Christmas season. His time down here is limited though. He only has until Christmas Eve. Also, Melody can’t know who he is, so he comes back with a different appearance. I think the author did a great job with the book. Lots of scenes were funny, but other scenes were very sad. Jack is hilarious in his attempts at finding Melody a date. He really wants her to be happy and he pushes her to let him go, but at the same time, it is breaking his heart to imagine his wife with another man. He will also have to learn to let her go. In the end, I would recommend the book to anyone who likes Christmas reads and who’s looking for a short, sweet love story.

    If you Believe

While the story line had great potential... I found that the writing and grammar check of the writer lacked (coach instead of what should have been couch). I felt as if I was reading a story where the author was saying "and then this happened.... and then this happened... and then this happened..." The story did not captivate me as a reader because of the lack of writing style... I felt I was reading a teenager's story that they had to write for English class but didn't really try hard enough to make the story grip the reader. I could take it or leave it... It was a free book -- you get what you pay for!
