    Keeps getting better and better!

Once again, Amo Jones gives us a crazy unique ride with twists and turns that will drop your jaw and head spin. We are thrown right back into the Midnight Mayhem and oh does Jones outdo herself with this one. You thought the first book was a ride, In Fury Lies Mischief takes it to a whole new level. Killian was one that intrigued me from the start. He had this depth to him that made you want to pull the layers away to find out what makes him tick. Then throw Saskia into his world and the layers start to fall and all the things come throwing at them. New parts of the history of Kiznitch is exposed and it is literally a mind blown! I think what I love about Jones’ books is the complexity of them. The depth that is written into these stories, especially this one, leaves you completely breathless. The level of research and description that is in this story flows amazingly. The character build. The storyline. Absolutely everything. Honestly it is really hard to write a review without dropping spoilers. I can say that the pull between Killian and Saskia is spellbinding. What unfolds between these two will leave you absolutely speechless. It is a must read. Just like all of Jones’ other books.

Woooooweeeee! Oh my goodness! Epic! Y’all this book is epicness in its purest form! Over the top steam and crazy angst. I could NOT put this book down. It was amazing. I swear each book this woman writes is better than the last. The flow was brilliant. This world is addictive and captivating. I felt like I was watching everything play out in front of my eyes. So good!

    The trickster and the fireball...

In fury lies mischief. The next tale within the world of madness that is midnight mayhem. "I was born human but crafted to be this. Trickster. The ... Mayhem in Midnight." Killian is an extraordinary character. He might look like the man who sleeps around and do nothing but play mind games. However, rest assured he is all that but at the same time so much more. In comes Saskia Royal, his ultimate temptation and the one that brings him to his knees. The girl with the perfect look and the only girl who pushes back when Killian says pull. But please let's not forget that this is still a show and sometimes they are forced to give in and partake in the madness so when the cage descends upon them all bets are off and everything and everyone is fair game. However, what happens in the cage, stays in the cage. What happens when the lines start to blur and memories are no longer memories but the new reality? "Everything ceased to exist around us, as if all of the words that we had never vocalized were being spoken in the language of eye contact." It is true that one look can sometimes say more than words ever could describe. Will they give in or will they give up? Will they let the past decide their future or forever remain in limbo? "Only this wolf will huff, and he’ll puff, and he’ll blow her house down…" Or will he? Or she? The mysteries and secrets are ramped up big time in this book and what happens now might not necessarily mean what it does by the end. The trickster and the fireball. A combination so unlikely that it cannot go but boom! In a world of their own these two will wreak havoc and push boundaries... The endgame? There's only one way to find out. Amo is my one stop shop for a great read and In fury lies mischief definitely lived up and even exceeded that expectation!

    ***5 Stars***

***5 ‘Your Eyes Tell The Explicit Story That You Soul Tries To Hide’ Stars*** What a way to start things off! I knew going in that this book would end up messing with me...I mean, it is Amo Jones and she never fails to deliver on that, BUT I didn’t expect to be all in based on the first sentence of the book. THAT opening line hooked me and I was done. That #workthing took a backseat to Killian and Saskia and I have no regrets. These two took me on one heck of a ride and left me NEEDING more of them and the Midnight Mayhem family as a whole. I adored Saskia and Killian. Saskia pulled me in from the start. I loved her fire, her strength and her compassion. She owned all that she was, even when she wasn’t so sure of herself. Killian...It’s hard not to love the Trickster ~ heart or no heart. His loyalty to those he calls his own was what drew me to him. He may have been a bastard at times, but he cared, even when he didn’t want to. Their journey to their HEA was intense in every way ~ the good, the bad and the ugly ~ but even when the push/pull got frustrating, I was rooting for them because they just fit. The chemistry between them was undeniable and I loved how the balance of power between them stayed pretty even throughout. They both gave as good as they got and I really liked where things were between them in the end. I gotta say I loved the overall vibe of IFLM. While it is dark, real dark at times, there was a...for lack of a better word...playfulness woven into it that set it apart from IPLH while still keeping it on the same level. The twists in this one were pretty epic ~ I didn’t see any of that coming at all ~ but made total sense. And as for the crew, I loved hanging out with all of them and seeing how their relationships are evolving. And while Keaton is the one that fascinates me the most, I cannot wait to get my hands on Kyrian’s book! ~ Copy provided by the author & voluntarily reviewed ~

    A highly entertaining read

Five amazing, twisted, mind blowing stars for this dark and gritty romance! In Fury Lies Mischief will grip you right from the first page as this author has nailed it again with her intricate storytelling and clever world building. There were heart stopping twists and turns, astounding revelations, red hot scorching scenes, and of course, intriguing characters that kept me enthralled from beginning to end. This author never fails to create a captivating cast of characters that are dark, damaged, and so sinful that you cannot help but be pulled into their allure. And Killian, the “Trickster" is just that and then some. He is the definition of dark and depraved and pretty much everything you wish for in an anti-hero. Saskia is a fascinating heroine. She is strong, yet vulnerable and is one of my favorite heroines by this author. I love the affect that she has on Killian and how she harnesses that push-pull between them. These two imperfect characters are in fact, perfect for each other. Their relationship is complex. The chemistry between them is intense and the magnetic force between them is palpable. In Fury Lies Mischief is book 2 in this author’s Midnight Mayhem series, but Saskia’s and Killian’s story is uniquely their own. This book, in theory, could be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading In Peaces Lies Havoc first to get the full experience. If you like your romances raw, dark, unpredictable, and full of intrigue, then you will definitely want to pick up IFLM. I read an early complimentary version of this book.
