    It's All About Love

**4.5 Stars** Wow! This was one major thrill ride filled with romance, danger, non-stop action and intense emotions! The story just grabbed me from the first page and sucked me in. Arial Rochester is naive and optimistic and has had a sheltered and mostly isolated upbringing for fear that she would be in danger if her paranormal abilities were discovered. Unfortunately, she is forced to use her abilities to defend herself from harm and sets off a chain of events that lead to her seeking help from Beau Deveraux. Beau finds himself drawn to Ari and unable to maintain his objectivity and treat her like a client. All he wants is to protect her from any harm but Ari is not willing to sit back and do nothing. She would willingly give her life to keep those she loves safe. Or use her powers to keep them safe. Ari is an interesting combination of sweet innocence and fierce inner strength, sweet and good. Beau has lots of rough edges but is just perfect for Ari. I enjoyed everything about this book. The characters were well-written, the action was plenty and the emotions were so raw and powerful! I am an adrenaline junkie who gets her fix from the pages of books so the story kept me on the edge of my seat with all the action. IN HIS KEEPING is all about love – all-consuming, overwhelming and selfless love, the love of parents for their child, the love of a man for his soul mate, the love of a woman for her man and the lengths they would go to protect this love- right from the first page to the last and is definitely one of my favorites this year. *ARC provided by publisher in exchange for an honest review*

    In his keeping

I had a hard time to put this book aside, The story kind of reminded me me of another book Maya wrote but it was carried much further in this story. Thank you for making this.

    Just ok

I like reading a Maya Banks book! However, this one was just ok when it could have been so much more. This being the first book I have read in the series I did enjoy the background info on the secondary characters. The story was great but I found my self skipping paragraphs and sometimes whole pages. Why? The first few chapters really made me feel for the main character, Zack. His pain was palpable. After the explanation of the history of Zack and Gracie I really felt for the situation. But trying to read the same insight into Zack's feelings over and over again was almost painful to me. I have NEVER read a Maya Banks book and thought "blah, blah, blah" as I skipped paragraphs. I wish the storyline was more action packed at the beginning of the book and less emotional baggage. (Sorry Maya)

Good but could've had better resolutions

I loved the book. It's a romantic novel with a good storyline, which is not easy to come across. However, near the end a few resolutions weren't as convincing ad the rest of the story; they needed to be stronger.

    In His Keeping

Tthis is very poorly and awkwardly written, but an extremely good plot none the less. i would definitely recommend this book anyway, despite the writing style.
