    Inexperienced Mage

Under no circumstances should you start reading this saga (at least not if you have any respect for the written language!) The basic premise is good and the story and characters are actually very engaging. The problem lies in the actual text - I have never, in over forty years of avid reading, come across something so amateurish. It's like the book was dictated using some very poor voice recognition software married to an auto-correct program with a virus! One typo per page of text I would consider poor for a published work that you have paid for. One per paragraph is totally unacceptable. When you find yourself counting the mistakes per sentence you know it's time to give up! Just two examples should illustrate my point: "no wear" - when it should have been 'nowhere' "It donned on him" - when it should have 'dawned' on him instead. If someone claims to have edited or proof-read this work then they should be fired immediately - I can't say any more.

    Great story

I thoroughly enjoyed the story however there were so many spelling and grammar mistakes it got very annoying try to decipher what was actually intended. This author needs to find a new editor.

    Inexperienced Author

Some good ideas. But very poorly written. For example : Mark fell into an old basement ,found a book and suddenly he's a mage . It's as if the author made everything too easy.

    Inexperienced writer

This book seems almost like it was written by a 13 year old. While the story is fast passed and loveable there are certain parts that make absolutely no sense at all. And some just corny

    Meh!

Story is to quick, like the writer is in a rush to finish it, and if you dislike someone who is paid to write and has spelling errors all over don't read this.
