    interesting book

    This book presents an interesting concept for losing weight fast. I never know that Interment fasting can help you not only in loosing weight but also fat. It teach you how to prepare for Interment fasting.Sample menu for daily fasting is also included in this book.Precautions and side effects of interment fasting is discussed too. So if you want a perfect guide in intermittent fasting this book is for you.

    I really do not know how this book got 4, 5 stars from some folks. The reviews is the reason I purchased it. But the book looks like it was sloppily put together. There wasn't any exclusive information or interesting discussions, I would learn more on YouTube! Not worth it unless its FREE!

    The book was 35 pages long it started then ended in 5 min what the heck !!! It didn't give me the info i was looking for at all...
