Sparks fly between Zee and Jubilee!

This book begins with a tragedy, and ends with an HEA! Talk about an emotional up and down! I just couldn't contain myself, there were lots of laughs, and even a few tears while reading this book. Just what I love about this author's books! Jubilee lost two of the most important people in her life to tragedy at a young age, and in the process, almost lost her own life and that of the person that is the bane of her existence. Afterwards, she isn't quite the same person. And the one person that she had left in her young life to connect her to the ones she lost, treats her like a pariah, like he can't even stand the sight of her. Which is only fair, because she treats him the same way. Those two are like sand paper together! Zee lost his twin brother, and his girlfriend in one fell swoop. And the one person he blames for it all, is the one person he feels obligated to watch out for. But they can't be near each other without words flying, and hate spewing. Until all of that animosity blows up and leaves them reeling! I loved the interactions between Zee and Jubilee. Their arguments were hilarious at times, and brutal at others. But always there were sparks flying underneath the animosity. It was only a matter of time before it exploded! This book is full of everything I love in a romance. There is lots of family, lots of love, plenty of heat, and surprises around every corner!

    Zee and Jubilee

Zee and Jubilee had a different take on their story. They both belonged to the others sibling when they were younger, and the siblings were alive. Then when the years have passed them by, they both were present somewhat in each others lives, but only just tolerated each other. One drunken night is all that it takes for their lives to be flipped upside down. There hasn't been a book yet of LLV that I haven't loved and devoured in one sitting. And this one was no different.

    One of my Favourite Couples!

Another treat from Lani Lynn Vale in the bear bottom MC Series. This is an unusual story in some ways. Jubilee and Zee grew up together as their parents are best friends. Jubilee and Zee really clash and have all their lives. When they are a little older after being hit by lightening and their siblings are killed in the same strike leaving a whole they both still feel in their life. Still avoiding each other, but both secretly looking out for each other. All is well until one of Zee’s ex enters the bar and being drunk Jubilee kisses Zee and the next morning they wake up in bed together. That is the start of another amazing relationship which LLV writes so well. One warning this book is HOT, as the sparks flying with this couple singed my hands as I was reading. I am really enjoying this series, which is fast becoming one of favourites. So that’s all I am writing about. The story is told in dual povs, and can be read as standalone.

    Get it

This one is a bit different and has a random twist. Which is always fun to read. While not my favourite Lani story - I enjoy how it fits into the series and hints at things to come.
