    Killer read!!!

Great read! Duff comes across as much more humble and down to earth than almost any other musician. Highly recommend checking this out!

    I Couldn't Put It Down

McKagan writes in a manner that is extremely readable, like a friend regaling you with tall tales, which in his case happen to be true. It's an instant rock classic, telling not only the tale of a scrappy 80's L.A.band on the rise to superstardom, but also of his part in the late 70's/early 80's Seattle punk scene - the precursor to the grunge scene. It's also the story of a man battling with the excesses that stem from fame and life on the road, and how he made his way through that. Long, but extremely readable. A real page turner. Highly recommended.
