  • 💕💕Jerk It: Murphy And Mavis💕💕

Lord author Lani Lynn Vale had me on a roller-coaster ride, I was crying for the most of the book. I knew Murphy and Mavis had a past (a childhood one) but the adult Murphy and Mavis had a challenging future ahead of them, even though i had gotten sad in some parts but I was also smiling and actually laughing at some point💕💕Thank You for this wonderful read💕💕

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • This was such an emotional read- I loved it!

This was such an emotional read. I couldn't wait to get Mavis and Murphy's story after our glimpses of their chemistry in No Rep. At the start you learn that Murphy, despite his intense attraction to Mavis, holds her responsible for his mom losing her job and being homeless years ago. However, he has other reasons for wanting to keep Mavis at arms length. I'm loving this series, focused around Madd CrossFit and the glimpses we got in this of some of the others whose stories I'm sure are coming, left me intrigued! This is definitely one of the more emotional books from Lani Lynn Vale. I received an Advance Reader Copy and have voluntarily left an honest review.

  • My Heart!

I don't think I was prepared for this. My heart was broken, repaired, and then broken again. I feel like I went through all the emotions Mavis and Murphy did. The author really does a good job with this one and I am here for it.

  • Absolute Must Read!!

Absolute Must Read!! What to say about this book. You better grab a whole box of tissues before you read this book because it will rip you apart at the seams. Mavis and Murphy have known each other since they were kids. Things happened to make then hate each other. You couldn’t handle me, even if I came with instructions. -Mavis to Murphy It was super hard to read in several places I had to put it down because I was crying like a baby. This is absolutely the most intense book Ms Vale has ever written. The story is a roller coster of emotions that will keep you on pins and needles. She really had me wondering if there would be a happy ending. Trust me you don’t want to miss this book. “You’re the most beautiful thing in the world, Vladimir Alessio Pope.” I paused. “And don’t tell that man that you’re named after him, or he’ll find a reason to be mad at me about it.”

  • My achy breaky heart

Now that's how you yank on my feelings! LLV did warn us and I should have really taken her warning to heart, but I didn't. And when I felt like all hope was lost, I was given another chance. However, that chance came at a huge cost. It was a price I wasn't willing to pay and here at the end... I'm so angry!! I loved the push-and-pull of the relationship brewing between Mavis and Murphy. Who doesn't love a great enemies-to-lovers story? Especially when it has a touch of getting a second chance. And I was down for the heartache the author wanted to put me through. I loved how emotional I got over this story and I can even appreciate how angry I am right now. You know a story is amazing when it pulls something out of you. It can't be humdrum, normal, or par for the course when it affects you so strongly. And I was definitely effected by the events that took place, by the excruciating love story that developed, and by the characters I couldn't help but fall in love with. P.S. Is it just me or did anyone else absolutely adore the fact that Murphy wasn't a perfect male specimen of hunkiness? How about how well he stepped up for Mavis and her baby? How strong he was despite everything? His relationship with his mother? How could I not love this guy?

    Thanks for your feedback!
