    The End?

Keeping Faith is the fifth (and final?) book in the GenTech Rebellion series. I have enjoyed this series and hope that there will be at least one more book. This book can be read as a standalone but starts off where the previous book ended. The book does not end in a cliffhanger but is open ended for any possible future books in the series. There is graphic sex so definitely 18+. The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat all of that info here. The author did a great job of continuing the story but also recapping the first four books for new readers. The characters, new and old, are well defined and dimensional. The women and the men rescued from the compounds as well as those from the CIA teams are trying to work together. But old habits and prejudices still are difficult to overcome. It definitely kept me riveted and reading.

    Fantastic story

Faith is an genetically modified women. She and a small group of women like her work for the CIA. Reginald or Reg is the head doctor for the CIA's infirmary. He is also one of the scientists who helped produced the genetically modified humans but very few know that. Faith and Reg both feel an attraction to each other but there are also a lot of danger in the air too. See while the some of the gen-mod humans don't like or trust humans because of what they went though there are a group of humans who don't trust or want a group of powerful gen-mods running around. Can faith and Reg's love grow with all that going on. I loved the story so filled with mystery, great characters and fantastic storyline. So easy to get swept away in this adventure. Sadly it's the last in this amazing series. If your into science fiction or military romance with an add of science fiction then this will be your new favourite book and series. Don't miss it Voluntarily reviewed a copy and I honestly loved it.

They've accepted and loved, will the world accept

The last book in this series and you couldn't have asked for a better ending. This thriller/romance/futuristic story has a terrific storyline in what could easily be a possible future. A Black Ops CIA team for 7 years have been eliminating many of the genetically engineered race of beings they have named "freaks." These freaks rebelled against the scientist that created them and killed many of them and others .Now their only wish is to kill all the humans they can, while the males now keep their own kind (women and children) in the compounds they were once grown and experimented on. We learn from Books 1-4 that an Ops team has rescued and accepted into their ranks 4 women and 2 men from one of the compounds and the series tells the stories of these 6 "freaks" and how they have found life worth living. We see friendships, acceptance and love grow between them and the humans. In this last story the team learns what the remaining thousands of freaks have planned and try desperately to stop them. Meanwhile life goes on; they must learn each others ways, learn to trust, accept that not all on either side will. They will also learn that love, and the passion that goes with it, is possible. The ending of the series is unexpected, climatic and leaves this reader satisfied with how these two races, one born into humanity and the other grown in a test tube, will end. But I have hopes that the author will one day miss this world she created and go back to give us more.
