    excellent

    Really informative book that explains medical information in easy to read English. Clears up a lot of myths about this way of eating with several different sources. Has excellent recipes and an easy to follow 3 week plan to get into ketosis.

    Great book for everyone!

    This book is a comprehensive overview what ketosis is, how it works, its benefits, and how to do it. As a nurse, I found the science presented to back it very sound. Even if you have no scientific background, the book explains the science behind it very well, and even includes a chapter on how to look at scientific studies to see if they are sound. Following the advice in this book, I started a ketogenic diet 2.5 weeks ago with great success. I highly recommend it to anyone contemplating a ketogenic diet or anyone who needs to adjust their current ketogenic diet.

    Excellent source for the ketogenic way of eating

    This book was an eye-opener for me and very helpful to venture into the ketogenic diet. While there are now a lot of almost but not quiet self-help books available, I think Jimmy Moore explains everything in easy to follow language. Lots of details and at times quiet entertaining.
