    Camellia Kills It

In the conclusion, of the In Light of Shadows trilogy, Killing Eva, you will be at the edge of your seat guessing who wants Eva dead and why. Camellia makes you feel for the informant. What a life he had lived. Will he help Eva and get away from his tortured life? I loved this book and looking forward to reading more from Camellia. Thank you Camellia for sending me this ARC.

A thrill ride of action and suspense …

I really enjoyed this story – the conclusion to the ‘In the Light of Shadows’ trilogy, where we are once again treated to a well written romance that’s also a thrill ride of action and suspense. As the threats against Eva ramp up, she’s given an ultimatum with repercussions on many personal levels. Since the villain continues to stay one step ahead of them, will Clive have done enough to safeguard Eva when the final play is made? I enjoyed the lighthearted banter between the couple and their families and friends as they tried to maintain a sense of normalcy despite living in a fishbowl. I admired Eva’s bravery but wondered at times at her common sense when she willingly put herself in danger. I liked the epilogue dated six months after the culmination of events, but missed not knowing the reaction of their families and friends when all was finally revealed. As with the previous books, this story brings the heat along with plenty of drama, angst, secrecy, deceptions, intrigue, and humour. I received an Advance Reader Copy of this book from the author, and am voluntarily leaving a review.
