    Killing Patton

What an outstanding read. Literally could not put it down. The title is a bit misleading. Yes it is about the death of Patton more importantly it is a history of the last few years of WWII. I would highly recommend the book for everyone and especially anyone under the age of fifty. You do not learn about this in school

    Killing Patton

Easy to read and interesting facts about the important people who dominated the world during the WW2 years. It made me realize how important Patton was during this time. Although he had his failings, his contributions to the victory was more than I had realized. Others who were held in higher acclaim blundered much more than I had realized. Churchill was easily duped. Stalin was more cruel than I had imagined. The book opened my eyes to many things that went on during this period. I do now feel Patton's death was by design after reading this book. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

    Patton

Well written - fast paced and insightful The theory has a few holes though It does justice to the rivalry between generals.
