  • Delightful

This delightful Christmas anthology contains stories from three of my favorite Regency romance authors. Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC I received. This is my honest and voluntary review. Great Scot! by Suzanne Enoch: If you've read The Wild Wicked Highlanders series, you'll recognize Jane, companion to the mother of the MacTaggert brothers. In this story, she's courted by their architect cousin, Brennan. Will she give up her quiet life and take a chance on love? Throughout the series, Jane is a beloved figure. It's poignant in this book to see how she regards herself—a poor relation who's a nuisance to everyone. Brennan appreciates her for the lovely woman she is, and it's wonderful to see her get her HEA. Christmas at Dewberry Hollow by Amelia Grey: Isabelle may be the daughter of a viscount, but she's happy running a country inn with her mother. When Gate, a duke's grandson, comes to stay for a few days, she can't resist the romance that blossoms between them. But is she willing to change her whole life for him? Isabelle is strong and independent, unwilling to take a chance on love. She's needed at the inn, and that's enough for her. Gate, however, can't help falling for her. He accepts her as she is and proves to her that love can last. This is a tender story with a very satisfying ending. My Mistletoe Beau by Anna Bennett: Eva wants to get back the watch Jack won from her father in a card game. He makes her a deal: he'll give her the watch if she pretends to be his fiancée while his grandmother is in town. Will their pretend love turn real? This is a lively story with a clever heroine who meets her match in the hero. Both have a distorted sense of reality due to their wounds from the past. But love helps them realize what matters most, so they can mature into the person the other needs.

  • Three enjoyable, Heartfelt Shorts

I enjoyed this Christmas anthology. Inside this book you will find three novella length reads from three different authors. I thought these stories were fun and the couples likable. These stories offer up feels and emotions with hefty additions of sweetness, heart and charm. These are heartfelt reads that are short, cute and a bit funny. I am electing to post a unbiased review.

  • Loved!

This is a great collection of romances with a Christmas theme. I enjoyed all three of the books, however, the second story was my favorite - I just loved the idea of a lady in most unladylike circumstances. All three books are set at Christmastime, but, also, each book focuses on a lady who doesn't want to be constrained by society's rules. This made them likeable and engaging. If you enjoy the genre, you will love this book. Put this one on your TBR list - it's the perfect read for being curled up by the fireplace.

  • Captivating!

A delightfully entertaining read, rich with romance, passion, attraction and lush details that truly captures the spirit of the season and the era. From sweet to heartbreakingly real these fantastic stories were honest, heartwarming, captivating storytelling at its best. These authors will have you spellbound from the beginning to the end. Filled with page after page of heart pumping drama and an emotional journey that you will re-read again and again. Every single page was filled with perfection. Great Scot by Suzanne Enoch If you were a fan of Wild Wicked Highlanders series and the MacTaggert brothers you do not want to miss what happens when they go back to Scotland for Christmas in this story. A delightful story about Jane Bansil who is Lady Aldriss’s companion. Who at the age of thirty-three is content with the peace and quiet that her position brings, until she meets Brennan Andrews the architect for the MacTaggerts’. These two will make your heart close to…bursting with their attraction and chemistry. Christmas At Dewberry Hollow by Amelia Grey Isabelle Reed is not happy that guests will be coming at Christmas time. Especially the old Duke who was remembered as a thoroughly commanding, obstinate and difficult to please grump. But when she meets his grandson, she has never had a man make her feel the immediate, intense and sensual sensations that spun so easily through her. But John Cabot Gatestone is there to find a tree with a heart carved in it, that his grandfather had carved long ago. Will these find true love? Or will he leave like all the other guests that have come and gone before? Can these two find a love worthy of a carving in a tree? You don’t want to miss this one! My Mistletoe Beau by Anna Bennett Eva Tiding is on a secret mission to steal back her father’s watch from the disreputable rogue, Jack Hardwick the Earl of Frostbough. But she didn’t count on being caught red handed in his apartment. When he refuses to hand over the watch he came up with a deal. Spend three evenings as his fiancé when his grandmother came into town and he would give her the watch. But what starts as pretend soon turns into so much more. Filled with delightful, swoon-worthy dates and laughs, this sizzling romance is perfect for cozying up on a cold winter’s night. Voluntarily requested an early copy and this is my honest review.

  • Outstanding trio of holiday historical romances

Kissing Under The Mistletoe is a lovely trio of holiday books by Suzanne Enoch, Amelia Grey and Anna Bennett. Ladies Enoch, Grey and Bennett have given readers a treat with these holiday historical romances. Each book is well-written and filled with outstanding, lovable characters and holiday happenings. I loved each of these book and look forward to reading more from these talented authors. Each of these books are standalones, not cliff-hangers. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
