    Loved this book

I read it while in vacation. Laugh many times. Your learn a lot about what it takes to be a leader. The important lesson I took from the book? I don't want to be a chef. Looking forward to Medium Raw.

Anthony Bourdain's best book! Tells great behind-the-scene stories of being a chef in one of NYC's top restaurants. Read Anthony tell what shaped his views on food and restaurants that he used to propel him to a career of traveling and exploring the world's best food regions.

A Must For Bourdain Fans, Food Servi

Hysterical and tragic, informative and fun autobiography of an interesting fellow! I learned about the French approach and the inner workings of running a restaurant and how difficult it is to stay on top of it all. Plus, it's a fun read! I've been a fan of Bourdain's since No Reservations, and appreciate his world view and openness to new experiences.
