  • taking a sip of magic

With a touch of magic, this Highland romance encompasses all that one could expect of a love story between a Laird and a young school teacher set in the Highlands. They are both keeping secrets, but after Fiona imbibes the Fairy whiskey, both Dougal and Fiona realise that she has been gifted with the sight from the fairies. This novel is romantic, well written, fanciful and entertaining. I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily post this review. This is my honest review.

  • Laird of Secrets

This was a different story. In enjoyed reading it as I could see in my minds eye the location, having visited the area a few times. It made the read all the more enjoyable.

  • Fiona’s Challenge

Fiona comes to teach in a poor Scottish glen. Grandma says she must make drawings of the fey and marry and a wealthy Scott. Neither seems likely and the Laird wants her gone. But she has fey blood which makes for a grand tale.
