  • Darkness wrapped in Family

If you read Christine Feehan your aware her books are erotica with suspense, in the paranormal element. They all tend to have a darkness to them, this one included, because they deal with real elements in life, but all wrapped in family. The light, that always shines through to guide you during the darkness. This one had a mystery, I love those, and we still don't know who the new player is in town, but she sure got me hook line and sinker with the mystery!! Mitya doesn't move me, but Ania was awesome. So if she can accept him, then I must be missing something. Their story was action packed, intense (and I am not just talking the sex) and yet there was softness to give you hope. This line from Ania choked me up in its depth and its simplicity. **" I knew I had to do it to save us, but I didn't know he would take a piece of me with him when he died" ** Sigh. Thank you Christine Feehan thank you Berkley for the arc. I voluntarily leave my thoughts and opinions, all which were unsolicited.

  • Leopards Wraith

Once again it's 2.30am and I have no idea where the night went Christine Feehan has a unique talent of putting you right in the story line, falling in love with all the characters. Lately the last few books her writing style has changed, to focus more on the sex Dont get me wrong I love my sex scenes but when they fit the story line. I honestly felt ripped off that I missed out on more of her incredible uniquely talented writing to read porn A sex scene is pretty much the same regardless of story line, but after reading a couple you start skimming pages with sex, I did that a lot in this book as half the time it didn't even fit with the mood Great 60% the rest was porn

  • Suspenseful and so interesting hard

He came from a pair of ruthless mean tempered leopards. He met her when going home and had seen her changing a tire on the road to her home. Her father and family torn away from her over what she didn’t know One look and she was hooked can they make it can they escape with there lives from all those who intend on hurting them? Christine weaved a story that was a bit of the past and a lot of the future. Absolutely loved it!

  • Expected too much

I am a very big fan of Christine. This book was just ok, maybe I expected too much of this book. I expected a real deadly meeting between them and their famous uncle -- not just a couple of pages at the end. I will still continue to be a big fan of her books.

  • Repetitive, non inventive, a bit boring

Written in a repetitive pattern with two dimensional characters that were out of character for the descriptions that are given to both. I finished the book, but skipped portions AND the sex scenes were not all that inventive, just obligatory. I felt that the author did no favors to leopards in general.
