  • SINfully Delicious!

Wow. Just wow. This book was amazing! I didn’t want it to end!! Magnus has to be one of THE HOTTEST hero’s I’ve EVER read. From the way he was presented as a god among men but then getting to see his vulnerabilities and truth, it was perfection. Then Tinsley, who is the youngest Constantine and a contradiction to her families reputation, with her kind heart, love for animals and incredible intellect. These two challenge and compliment each other on so many levels, I loved their banter and watching the quick wit turn to so much more. This was my first book by Pam Godwin and I can say after reading this, I am all in on her books now!

  • Pure marvel and ecstasy

Forgive me god because I have sinned. Because none of the thoughts in my heart is anywhere near holy or sane. And I cannot find a morsel of repent anywhere in my heart. Lessons in Sin by Pam Godwin is that kind of dangerous taboo that just makes me answer my sanity, my morality and my limits. And I can solemnly affirm that I am obsessed with this utterly filthy, deliciously depraved and intensely heartaching romance by Pam Godwin. . Pam Godwin has a witchcraft in her words. They cast this unbreakable spell on me and I fall down down down till nothing exists except pure marvel and ecstasy. Lessons in Sin was no exception. Let's kneel down and pray at the altar of Pam Godwin's brilliance. I reviewed an early copy voluntarily

  • Simply Amazing!

I love it when a book “feels” like its’ story, and this one definitely hit every mark on that front! From an exquisite mansion of the uber-riche, to a stark office in a catholic boarding school, to a cabin in the woods, alive with life and nature, I felt each of these places as an integral part of the story, not just the setting for a story. That story though, that surpassed anything I anticipated! “Hell is fast approaching, little girl. But I assure you, it’s not coming for me.” Tinsley and Magnus were also taken by surprise on how things developed, who they veered off course, taking them along for a ride neither wanted or expected. "If people had hearts like Tinsley Constantine, my faith in humanity would be renewed." Each day, each little thing, surprised them both with the outcome, drawing them closer while they backed away. “I tried to protect you.” He curled his fingers around my throat and scraped his teeth against my jaw. “I tried , and now, it’s too late. I won’t be able to stop. Not with you.” Neither could stop the ending they were barreling towards, and really, deep down they didn’t want to "he worshiped my body with all the devoutness of a Catholic priest." Desperate times caused them to take desperate measures, but their hearts knew. And those hearts, with Magnus’ experience, weren’t giving up, weren’t backing down, until they found that way to be together forever <3

  • Tantalizing. Forbidden. Slow burn

Tabboo/Forbidden is the Swan song that calls to my twisted heart in a way no other trope can. The dangerous thrill, sneaky stolen moments and the moral sins make a delicious broth, stirring in an emotional couldron, ready to froth over anytime. "Forgive me Father, For I Have Sinned" Add in a love story of a man searching for redemption and girl looking for escape from her oppressive family, and you have a multilayered story, the stuff dark dreams are made of. "Being with him had been an ascension to heaven. Leaving him condemned me to eternal hell." My heart just tingles in delicious shivers whenever I pick a book by Pam. Her kinky, naughty bravado pushes the envelope a wee bit more in every book. Squeamish turns to erotic, abrasive love soothes like a balm, such is the magic of out-of-the-box-thinker Godwin. All her stories are etched in brutal colors and this one has a pink hued halo to it. Set in the world of Dangerous Romances, Constantine family's youngest princess Tinsley is a wayward rebel, packed off to cool her heels and attitudes in thick walls of Convent. Managed and governed under the iron fisted but oh-so-Delish Father Magnus Falke. Tinsley is a modern day Lolita tempting the Devil in collar "This was happening. Not because I’d planned it. But because it was destined. We were inevitable. I hadn’t been called to be a priest. I’d been called to be hers." Of course Pam throws the age gap (18:41). Of course it's the ripe, juicy apple Adam wants. Of course banishment is the inevitable outcome. But, do they care- no! Do WE care- also no! "I’d broken my vows and taken the virginity of my student. The youngest daughter of the Constantines. My day of reckoning would come. Until then, I would take profuse, unholy pleasure in the sin." Pam made me a voyeur to the shocking intimacy of Tinsley & Magnus and couple of scenes stretched the seams of my comfort bubble. I'll confess I did read them with one eye closed, but despite that, I was like, OMG what're they doing which soon turned to I wish it was me , I was tremendously turned on, my breaths became pants and my panties became mmmmmoist! A battle between carnal desires of the flesh vs faith in his vocation, makes Magnus a perfectly lost man. His dilemmas are hard beads on his rosary and he clutches them tightly in his hand. But I loved the character of Tinsley. Her heart remains surprisingly soft and tender despite the cold environment she has grown up in. “They don’t judge. They don’t hate. If humans had hearts like opossums, what beautiful world this would be.” If people had hearts like Tinsley Constantine, my faith in humanity would be renewed." Pam has packed enough heat to melt the thick stone walls of the school and around Magnus's soul. Her prose is Part elegant, part explicitly erotic and the end result is steaming dish served unbearable hot. I burned my tongue on it in my haste to devour it...you will too Come with me and lay down on the altar for a blessing that is Magnus "He gave me the teacher and the priest, the sinner and the sadist, the greatest of lovers and the staunch protector." Scorching hot Warning : Say your Hail Marys before reading it, cause you'll sin and love it!! 5 ultimate stars Tantalizing, kinky, forbidden, slow burn

  • Holy Hotness!

Holy Hotness!!! I very much enjoyed this book. The story of Magnus and Tinsley was so interesting and compelling. I devoured this book in one day because I simply could not put it down. Tinsley Constantine got to be one of my favorite female characters in all of the books I read from this author. Her personality. Her sarcasm. Her boldness. The way she feels her passions deeply. She is smart as she is strong and caring. That's why Father Magnus got his hands full with this spitfire of a woman. Father Magnus is sexy in every sense of the word. He's commanding, possessive, and passionate. Who would have thought a self-made billionaire would give up his bachelorhood to be a priest and head of an all-girls catholic school. Lessons in Sin -- a dark romance at its best. Again this author nailed it. The romance is intense and sexy. All the feels and angst! A riveting story that holds my interest throughout the book that kept me turning the pages. The age gap relationship didn't bother me at all. Tinsley is so beyond her years, even Father Magnus is amazed by her intelligence. I love the chemistry and the moments they spent together. I was pleased with how the story turned out so well and realized that a love like theirs was worth waiting for and fighting for. Looking for something dark, taboo, and great writing? I highly recommend this one.
