    Another Garage Sale Murder Mystery

I loved this book! This cozy Mystery involves 2 desperate crimes that occur at about the same time under vastly different circumstances. It is a wild ride that makes perfect sense in the end. I also enjoy the memorabilia the author discusses as the main character prices items for her garage sales. So interesting and entertaining. I received this ARC book for free from Net Galley and this is my honest review.

There’s a whole lot going on

Sarah Winston is back and hosting a garage sale that has her being arrested for being in possession of stolen goods. When Sarah gives the police the names and number of her client, it seems they do not exist and Sarah must prove her innocence before she goes before the judge. Trying to keep positive and go on with her life, Sarah goes out with her friend, Michelle, who ends up being the prime suspect in a murder the next morning. There’s a whole lot of stuff going on in this book and we’re not just talking garage sales. Sarah not only needs to clear her name, to keep her beau Seth from having issues with his reelection campaign as the DA, but also needs to clear Michelle of a murder charger as well. As always, Sarah has some interesting sales and good friends to help her along the way. Not quite as strong as the previous books in the series, but still a solid read.

    I LIKED IT.

I received a free copy of LET’S FAKE A DEAL (Book 7 of the Sarah Winston Garage Sale Mysteries) by Sherry Harris in exchange for an honest review. Sarah Winston has settled into her life as a former military spouse living in an Air Force town. Sarah’s garage sale business is now stable, and her romantic relationship is progressing nicely. Sarah’s life is turned upside-down when she’s accused of fencing stolen goods at one of her garage sales, arrested, and charged. In the meantime, one of Sarah’s friends, Michelle, is facing her own difficulties; it seems the Air Force boy’s club is trying to torpedo Michelle’s career and upcoming promotion by filing unfounded discrimination complaints against her. When Michelle’s accuser is found murdered in Michelle’s automobile, it seems like both Sarah and Michelle are being set up for jail. Can Sarah figure out who’s framing each of them before they go from friends to cell mates? I liked this book. I did not read any of the earlier books in the series, but I easily connected to the characters and had no problems following the story lines. I recommend this book to fans of Sherry Harris, to fans of the series, and to fans of garage sale, military wife, or antiques-themed cozy mysteries. #LetsFakeADeal #NetGalley

    Always unexpected, always great

10 stars! Oh, gosh! Wow! Sherry Harris surprises me with every addition to the Sarah Winston Garages Sale Mystery series, and the newest, Let's Fake a Deal, is one of the big shockers in so many ways! It is no wonder that so many people adore the series; fans old and new will be shouting their enthusiasm for this seventh book in an awesome series. Well-rounded characters who touch our hearts, plots that intrigue and at times take our breath away, and a sense of community that gives Sarah the strength to keep going in tough times, are all hallmarks of the series. I find it difficulty to say much about what I loved best about Let's Fake a Deal because so many of the most exciting elements would offer spoilers. Although I have the book on pre-order, I requested and received a copy from NetGalley. That is how much I love this series! The book is just out and I am ready for the next one, but Let's Fake a Deal was satisfying enough to hold me for a while. I need to block a time to reread this one the day it comes out! It is that kind of story. #NetGalley, #LetsFakeaDeal
