    Great Book!

    Have you ever felt that your life skills were lacking? That you just don’t quite fit in? Maybe you have read other books on how to improve those skills and still don’t feel like you can do it. Well this book is for you. You will not only have life skills broken down into 4 basic groups and explained simply and clearly but you will receive assignments to help you learn, use and practice those skills. I am an introvert by nature and have a hard time in group settings. I found chapter 4 to be especially helpful. The practice exercises really worked! I don’t want to give any spoilers so I will stop at that now. But, I definitely recommend this book.

    Helpful Tips to Break Out of Your Shell!

    When purchasing this book, I was very surprised with how short the book was as compared to others and I finished it all in one day. Overall, this book was a game changer for me. It is well-written in a straightforward manner and consists of practical solutions to getting started on the tasks that we all avoid. It has made me aware of how many times during the day I choose to do the 'easy' task over the one that is most important. If you are looking for a simple, quick read, and real tool to get you back on track, this book is for you. This book will provide tips on how to declutter your life, increase your cognitive skills, better time management, how to get along with others, and how to utilize what you can in order to have a comfortable working environment. The book itself is not only insightful, but understands how busy we are and gets to the point. This book outlines the nuts and bolts and allows you to apply it immediately. It's not that it is a new system, it is organized for you to put it to practical use. I highly recommend this book.
