    Lipstick, Lies and deadly goodbyes

This was the first book that I have read in years and I am glad that I picked a good one. It had me laughing, shocked and talking to the character Haha. I loved how her pain was expressed because so many of us go through the same things. I am grateful that the writer made her strong even in her weakest moments.

    Fantastic Story.

This is a fantastic story I loved it but I thought that it would be funnier than it was but I still enjoyed it immensely. Rachel has been going through hell she came home one day and caught her husband in bed with her friend then she has a accident and nearly dies but she is turned into a vampire by a smelly homeless vampire man but being turned into a vampire doesn’t make life any easier for Rachel actually it makes things so much more harder. This is a fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Housewife and vampire, a new cozy mystery

It’s Rachel’s husband’s birthday and she wants to surprise him. So she sends her kids off to a friend’s house for the weekend, creates a beautiful flower bed with the colours of his favourite team, spends the day at the spa and then wraps herself in only a big red bow. Well things don’t go off the way she expects it to, first the flower bead looks like a large penis, the she sneaks into the house only to find her best friend is in bed with her husband. So upset she runs out of the house in just the bow and ends up in the ditch. When she crawls out of the car dazed, she gets almost decapitated. Then she wakes up to find she is vampire. This is soooo Hatshepsut planned. This is a numerous paranormal cozy mystery/romance. It is so different fro the other cozy vampire mysteries I have read. This book is unique and creative. It has amazing characters and it share of kookiness. While having to deal with becoming a vampire she also needs to deal with her husband’s betrayal, her kids and her emotional rollercoaster. This leads to a lot of awkwardness and humour. The storyline is filled with witty dialogue and suspense. I loved this book and can not wait until I get the next book in the series. Betrayed wife, teens, lethal accident, a vampire?

This vampire story is so different I doubt you've ever read anything like it before. Like my summary states, what does this have to do with vampires? Well if I told then you wouldn't have to read it and I don't do spoilers. Buttt I will tell you it has a rotten husband, a very shocked and unsuspecting wife, a teen that is being bullied, AND a very smelly stranger that shows up out of the blue during the worst moment of the wife's life. It's got upsetting times, surprising ones, funny and snarky, and has a vampire that just isn't very good at making a housewife a believer. I most assuredly recommend this book to everyone that loves a good read, and no you don't have to be a paranormal reader, just a lover of good books.
