I thorough Enjoyed this novel. It was the rilvary bt Lucy black ,her mother and the secrets all the other characters played out. I loved the compassion and vulnerability Lucy showed despite risk of maybe losing her badge. Would highly recommend

    Excellent Read

I loved this Lucy Black novel, I noticed a few different spelling problems but was a easy read. I loved Lucy Blacks character and look forward to more reads from the author. the book was a combination of police and social work in aiding children during bad times.

Little Girl Lost by Brian McGilloway

This book was very good - I just couldn't put it down. A kidnapping in a North Ireland town evokes the political & religious animosities of the past. I never realized the extent or the brutality of the conflict existing in North Ireland in the late 1970's & early 1980's. Not just a 'page-turner', this novel, although fiction, was a real 'eye-opener' for me.
