  • Love the "fury and frustration"

Oh my goodness!! I could not read London Bridge by Nana Malone fast enough. Emma and Bridge are explosive! Bridge Edgerton’s break up from his ex-fiancée brought out the rake in him and there are photos. In order to seal the deal on a business merger, he needs to make a huge commitment. The merger is required to take down the last evil that murdered his best mate. Unfortunately, the only person occupying his mind is that mate’s sister and she was going to be a part his crisis. He has never gotten along with Emma Varma. However, they will do anything to seek justice for her brother, even if their fake relationship has them revealing how they truly feel about each other. I love that we get more of Emma’s and Bridge’s individual back story. It’s no wonder Bridge felt closest to Toby. There was even a scandalous secret he never told his best mates! I didn’t see that coming, plus he knows his was around the kitchen and the cold lord can speak loving words as opposed to his commands. I love that Emma takes initiative and keeps her enemies close. It adds to her commitment towards her cause and it shows how wild, independent, and confident she is. Yet her back story told us her fear which connects to her promise to Bridge, which she broke! Emma and Bridge are both alphas and I’m intrigued when they’re both on the page. If you love reading about childhood enemies who unite for vengeance then give their fake relationship a chance, this book is for you! Just when they barely kissed-and-made-up from one argument, a betrayal is witnessed. The cliffhanger happened at the perfect time! Thank you to Valentine PR and Nana Malone for the ARC in exchange for a honest review.

  • “Love” and Marriage?

After Bridge of Love, we are back in the present time. Emma returns home from the U.S. and of course, she doesn’t know what really awaits her. Then we have Bridge who is dealing with a lot of things as well. It is interesting how they are both different yet has some similarities as well (Hello toxic dads). Of course, our couple along with the rest of the London Lords gang hatch a plan to get closer to solving the case. Emma & Bridge also must work through the denial of their mutual feelings. There are a few major roadblocks along the way. I won’t go further in spoilers, but I will say the 1st book is one you should not miss. If anything, I will say I have more questions and my theories list has expanded. There are always a few characters I am suspicious of until proven wrong. This cliffhanger had me looking towards a few on my suspect lists. I guess I will review it again while I patiently wait for Book 2.

  • just blew my mind away

Bridge and Emma just blew my mind away. London Bridge by Nana Malone is an exciting mix of action, steam and emotions and I just cannot get enough of this enemies to lovers romantic suspense. Bridge and Emma are on an epic journey and I want to be there with them at every step. I always admire Nana Malone's female leads and Emma Varma is no exception. And she is extra special as she is part Indian! This exceptional woman has been through a lot of emotional pain and struggles but you won't know it looking at her sassy and devil-may-care attitude. She is stubborn and fierce and she doesn't think twice before running into danger first. And Bridge is going crazy for her. Like he wants to protect her and control her recklessness and be his usual ridiculously bossy self. And it backfires all the time. Now they have been dancing around each other for years and the slow burn is turning into a raging inferno as they are forced to act as a couple. Oh my goodness the chemistry is just brilliant. Bridge is the broodiest and most ragged in the group and he has his own darkness but Emma will break all his boundaries. It was a blast to meet all the London lords and their ladies and I just love this whole crew so much. ( I reviewed an early copy voluntarily)

  • These two are just one big explosion...

OMG! I loved this one! I've been waiting for Bridge and Emma's story, the characters having been introduced in previous books (totally fine to start here! This story is a stand alone just WAY better together with the other London Lords). Emma! Oh I've loved her from the start! Sassy little thing, bound and determined to get her vengeance, with or without the London Lords. She's spunky! I just dig her whole vibe, stubborn as can be, but in all the best ways. She's been in love with her brother's friend for as long as she can remember. Bridge! He matches Emma's stubbornness, and you can really feel the hurt in his heart from all the betrayal and lies in his life. This author makes you feel it so deeply you can easily imagine how Emma would want to be the woman to change his opinion about love. These two are just one big explosion from the get go! So much fire and heat! It's a wonder my Kindle didn't combust! Super excited for the next one!
