    Thanks for your feedback!

    Great humourous mystery

Dee left her abusive husband, Brock, temporarily moving to her grandmother's house. Her grandmother has a group of friends known as the The Gray-Haired Knitting Detectives because as a group they have solved a couple of crimes. Not happy with his wife leaving him, Brock finds Dee and comes to take her back home. She refuses to leave with him but is nervous that he found her. Before she can do anything about this, Brock is found dead and she is a suspect. Of course, the "detectives" decide they have to find the real killer so Dee will be proven innocent. This is a wonderful story that had me chuckling all the way through it. Even though a murder is being investigated, the grannies are hilarious. One of them was trying to search the Internet but didn't know how. Since many of us are in the same boat, that in itself isn't so funny, but the way the author writes this scene is really funny! Poor Dee couldn't go anywhere without the granny posse and several other friends tagging along. That "group" interfered with their investigation a couple of times. Like when they went to the strip club to "case the joint". The bouncer wouldn't let the grannies or a pregnant friend in because they would kill the mood of the patrons. I'm so glad to have been given this book in exchange for my honest review but I love the grannies and will miss them.
