  • Disappointing

I have to say I am quite disappointed with this book. I was really looking forward to reading another of Kasie West’s books. I have really liked the other books I’ve read of hers (I loved her Pivot Point duology). I was also just looking forward to sitting down and enjoying a cute YA contemporary romance. Unfortunately, I didn’t love this book. I really didn’t like the ending. I thought it was predictable and cheesy. I was actually hoping that it would have went the opposite way of what it did. I don’t want to say too much for fear of ruining it for others, but I just don’t think the ending was done well. I found the ending to be awkward and unsatisfying. Now, the book wasn’t all bad. I liked the main character, Abby, and sympathized with everything she went through. She really grew throughout the story. Kasie West’s writing pulled me in and I was captivated. I wanted to keep reading. I really wanted to like this book. Unfortunately, though, I don’t think I would recommend it. I will continue to explore Kasie West’s books, though, and hopefully like her others more than this one. I’m not sure I will read this book’s companion books.

  • Terrific!

Such an amazing read. You have to read fame, fate, and the first kiss by Kasie West. Cooper is litterally my best friend Hayden. They are soo alike.

  • Okay, but ending was disapointing

This book was well written. It was very Kasie West, and I like how she stayed herself. But I think that the romance should have happened sooner. I did NOT like how Cooper forgot about her art show. Mostly it was very cute, but this book was not Kasie's best. If you want a really good Kasie book, read Moment of Truth or On the Fence, not this one.
