    Thanks for your feedback!

    Short but definitely worth it!

Hallie Demakis feels acutely the responsibilities resting on her shoulders: Prince Reginald Montague III – who goes by the name of Dante – is the last royal on her list of 42 potential candidates, and she must make an alliance with a royal is she is to secure the Demakis throne in Las Vegas. So Hallie travels up north to cold and snowy Canada where Dante resides. However, Hallie hits a snag just after having met the Prince: Dante’s man who takes Hallie’s bags to the royal residence, Vince Laughton, is her Fated mate! What will Hallie do? Follow her heart or do her royal duty? LOVING HALLIE is the sixth and last instalment in Krystal Shannan’s brilliant Vegas Mates series, and although I am very sad to see this series end, LOVING HALLIE is a wonderful ending. Although this is a short novella, it packs the usual punch. Ms. Shannan knows how to tell a story in a few words, and even with the limited number of pages, the author tells a complete story with lovely descriptions of the small Canadian town and Dante’s sprawling estate, as well as a concise recap of pack laws and traditions, and the author’s feminist twist on shifter mating. I loved to listen to the inner dialogues between wolf and human, and Hallie’s was hilarious at times, at others very argumentative because of the conflict. And wouldn’t you know, Krystal Shannan manages a startling plot twist, and a whole lot of drama! LOVING HALLIE might be short on pages, as I knew it would be, and although I would have read much more, this novella is excellent! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
