  • Lucien's Fall

This was an excellent book, although the author (Barbara Samuel) rarely disappoints. It is historically unusual (about the Georgian period) but seems really accurate. Like most Samuel books, it doesn't really have an HEA, but the suggestion of one to come soon and inevitably. It is well worth the read and really enjoyable.

  • The story had a tendancy to drag a bit.

Was a good story; however, did drag a little in some areas. Good story line. I also got a little lost initially with keeping up with the characters. I am not yet finished the story although very close to the end. It was a satisfactory read. Thank you.
